Hello! I am Sikrinerk! I chase the bad spirits. As of late, there have been many, too many. They multiply across the land like lemmings, but they do not taste as good. Hah! I chase spirits day and night but still there are more. They hide in many clever ways, their faces always changing.

Have you seen any of these dark spirits?

Aippaq tells me that you have a way with ink and paint, that you can capture the likeness of your tokotas with your brushstrokes. This ability has been in your family for generations - your mother once sewed an image of me into your blanket, weaving the light of the setting sun into the soft material to keep your dreams bright and safe. You might not remember me, but I helped you when you were a child. Perhaps now you can help me?

Where there is light, there is shadow

• We are looking to expand the group lore by adding new spirits to the group! We are especially looking for spirits of the darker kind. Perhaps Tokotna is not as safe as we once thought?
• We need a design of the deity/spirit/elemental (what ever you would like to call it) as well as some back story. You can take a look at our current Lore creatures for inspiration.

Possible Themes

You may draw upon whatever themes you'd like in your design, but here are a few suggestions in case you need a little inspiration

• Death / decay
• Nightmares / insanity
• Famine / illness
• Bad weather / bad luck
• Trickster / mischievous

Rules

• You may only enter once.
• You may collaborate on your design. This will count as the limit of one entry for both collaborators, but both collaborators will be able to receive individual rewards.
  
• Designs should be high quality and follow the theme of Tokotas lore
• Designs should be uploaded to sta.sh, not your gallery
  
• Designs should be tokotas (any build type, etc) but may be any creature that would be found in Tokotna.
  
• Each design must have a brief backstory/lore
• Please keep designs PG-13 (frightening themes are okay, but please no excessive gore, etc)

Our top 3 winners will have their spirits uploaded as a part of official tokotas lore and will receive 1 x Stone of Aippaq as thanks!



Additionally, everyone who enters will receive a special thank-you gift from Aippaq themself! Who knows what kind of blessing they will bestow on you for helping out?
